Returns & Cancellations:
Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned. There will be no refunds issued. If you get the damaged item, contact customer care within 48 hours via email at suggestions@mdlzindia.com along with your order number, issue, and a digital photograph of the damaged goods so that the company team can analyze and verify its packaging and condition, and they will arrange for a replacement. Under any circumstances, no refunds will be issued for products that have been damaged in transit.
