1. How do coupons work on WazirX?
In WazirX offers coupons to reward for existing and new users who sign up on the platform as a part of marketing campaigns and promotions. 
There are two types of coupons:
 Instant coupons:
As soon as you enter coupon code, the rewards will reflect in your ‘Funds’. You don’t need to do anything further.
Conditional coupons:
Here, after entering the coupon code you will be able to see what you have won. However, you would need to perform certain activities as per the eligibility criteria of the event to claim the rewards.
It can take a maximum of 24 hours for the rewards to get credited to your WazirX account.

2. How do I cancel my buy or sell order?
You may desire to cancel an order that you have placed on occasion. Any order that is currently open can be cancelled. An open order is one that has not been filled or partially finished.
partially filled/executed order:
 If your order has been partially executed/filled, you may cancel your order. The part of the order which has not been executed/filled will be immediately canceled. For eg - Let's say you have placed a Buy Order for 10 LTC. Now, 6 LTC have been bought and 4 LTC remain to be bought. If you cancel this order, the remaining order for 4 LTC will cancel immediately and the remaining INR for the 4 LTC will be credited back to your INR wallet.
Cancel All Open Orders:
Click on the Cancel All button on the Orders screen to cancel all your open orders together.
3. How much time will it take for my deposit to reflect in WazirX?
At the moment, you should consider 7 banking days as the maximum time it will take to reflect. Most deposits happen in a much shorter time (even 1 hour). Please try and avoid contacting the support team unless your deposit has not been reflected for more than 72 hours.
4. How much time will it take for the withdrawal to reflect in my bank account?
Instant withdrawals are processed near instantly.
NEFT withdrawals are normally settled within a couple of hours during banking hours. Depending on which bank you have an account with, the funds should be credited to your account within 72 hours.
